Since purchasing my first house in Flint, Michigan in 1979, I have believed and proven Real Estate to be the most trusted and out-performing of all investments.  Even before earning my Texas Real Estate License, I was a “closet REALTOR”.  I own or have owned property in 3 states, managed rentals, reinvested after a divorce and always with a successful return on my investment. 

In 2006, I strategically launched a successful Real Estate Sales and Consulting Career sharing my expertise and knowledge with many wonderful clients.  None of which has lost money on a transaction I was involved. Return on Investment and Future Projected Appreciation Rates get me excited. 

A member of three local real estate boards which cover all Central Texas, my designations and certifications include Divorce, Probate, 1031 Exchange, Farm & Ranch, Commercial and Investment.  Knowledge is power and educational opportunities provide this knowledge, so I keep my certifications current and relevant. I am also member of CCIM, Co-Star, CREXI and LoopNet providing my commercial clients worldwide data of available commercial properties, whether buying or selling 

My Real Estate business is a team effort which includes my broker Jeff Osborne, team REALTOR Janae Dunn, administrative assistant and leader of the pack Jaime Yarrell, highly talented administrative and technology staff, experienced lenders and dedicated directory of vendors and colleagues. My clients become my friends and I am so appreciative of all their referrals keeping me busy and out of trouble – most of the time.  I especially love my first-time home buyers, seeing their excitement when making one of the most important investments of their life. As a long-time Austin resident, I know the city and its surrounding communities, towns, and cities like the back of my hand. When not living and breathing Real Estate, I stay highly active in my community as a board member of Hope Alliance, aka Williamson County Crisis Center, active participant of the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce and a member of Austin Skiers.  And most importantly, my family; my grandkids think I am the coolest grandma ever and I bribe them heavily for this status.  I have successful children of which I am so proud.  Then there is Charlie the poodle, if he could master the coffee maker, he would be perfect in every way.
